POLOMILL · BUYING FOR YOUR TEAM

Company uniforms and teamwear with your logo

PoloMill helps you put together company clothing from available polos, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and caps. Use embroidery or printing for a shared brand identity, or request blank garments. Build the brief around who will wear the clothing, the work setting and the delivery requirements.

Start with roles and everyday use

For customer-facing teams, compare polo collars, fit and colors. For events, consider how the logo will appear on T-shirts and how sizes will be distributed. For outdoor roles, review the selected jacket's actual specifications. Confirm any required performance or safety standard separately; a garment's appearance is not proof of certification.

Coordinate a range, not just one picture

A polo, sweatshirt and jacket can carry the same brand identity while needing different logo sizes and methods. List the garments by role, color and size. Review logo placement on each style and check whether color matching needs a sample; colors shown on screens are only a reference.

Make the approval process clear

Nominate one contact to confirm the size list, artwork and final specifications. Record the approved style codes and logo details for future enquiries. If you need later top-ups, discuss availability before ordering; the same fabric, color or style cannot be assumed to remain available indefinitely.

From brief to order confirmation

  2. Build a coordinated shortlist

Choose styles and prepare color, size and logo requirements for each garment. Confirm any sample approval needs.

Explore design references

Case visuals help you discuss garment and logo choices. Confirm your own fabric, decoration and order specifications separately.

How do I turn a logo reference into a company clothing brief?

Choose the garment and specify your own artwork, finished logo dimensions and placement. PoloMill offers embroidery and printing; confirm the method for each garment and logo position, then agree the sample and approval requirements before production.

Use a design reference and a garment specification together

PM-C-027: navy polo with a gold-tone logo shows a color and layout direction. It does not establish the fabric or decoration method for your order. For a garment to compare, K1002 lists 60% cotton, 40% polyester and a fabric weight of 230 g. Review its product photos and confirm whether it suits your brief; this is a separate catalogue style, not an identified garment from PM-C-027.

In your enquiry, list the product code, color and quantity per size; add the case reference if useful, your logo file, dimensions and placement, preferred method, delivery destination and required arrival date. Request garment, logo work, sampling and shipping costs separately. Minimum quantity and timing need confirmation for that order.

Questions before you order

Which garments can be included in a company clothing enquiry?

The catalogue includes polos, T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, jackets, shell jackets, caps and other listed styles. You can enquire about several categories together. Confirm availability, quantities and decoration separately for each selected garment.

Can you confirm a deadline for our event?

Share the event date, destination, styles, quantities and sample needs at the start. Ask for a confirmed production and shipping schedule before approving the order. The website does not promise one delivery time for every project.

Can the case images be used as our order specification?

Use them as design references. Your quotation and approved specifications should identify the actual garment, fabric, colors, sizes and logo method. A visual alone does not establish those details or guarantee a matching result.
